A Head Start on Roleplay

Have each PC come up with five rumours related to their characters reputation; two good, two bad, and one false. Pass these out to other players as things their PC's would have overheard.

Traps are boring and take away player agency. Rather than rolling dexterity or outright damage, give them a "click" moment. The "Help, I think I stepped on a land mine" moment generates way more player interaction and potential roleplay scenarios.
